Our Commitment We are committed to providing respectful,
confidential, personal treatment to a limited number of clients in a safe, secure, and homelike environment. Our small
communities of only eight clients makes it possible for each client to receive daily personalized attention and excellence
in individual care. Healthy home cooking is an important part of the Flex-Care nutritional program. Clients may bring
computers, cell-phones, pillows, and other personal items to enhance their immediate surroundings. Comfortable, casual
clothing is suggested. Family members and significant others are encouraged to attend The Family Program. Couples
counseling and family counseling are provided as needed.
Client Centered Care The Flex-Care,
Multi-Dimensional team approach of Client Centered Care incorporates a full psychological assessment, a complete medical examination,
and biochemical testing to determine the need for client-specific mind and body repair and restoration. Each client
partners with a case manager to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses coexisting psychological, mental, emotional,
medical, and nutritional conditions that require special treatment to repair and restore normal, healthy functioning
Why Traditional Treatment Fails There
is an abundance of treatment programs that focus on the psychological factors (talk-therapy) associated with a substance dependency.
Failure to treat the neurological imbalance that stems from biochemical alterations in the brain is the primary reason that
traditional treatment fails. Traditional treatment rarely provides private therapy. Tremendous resources are exhausted
on group psychotherapy, which can be undeniably helpful, but talk-therapy cannot repair neurological damage to the brain or
central nervous system. Neurological repair and restoration are critical to successful treatment and long-term recovery.
